Chrome Steel Balls
Built to Bearing Tolerance
GCr15 / AISI 52100 bearing balls from 0.8 mm to 45 mm, graded G10 to G1000 — produced in-house from raw wire to finished, tested, export-packed balls.
Four Materials. One Standard.
Each material line is graded, hardness-tested and packed in-house — so the ball you receive matches the report that ships with it.
Chrome Steel Balls
GCr15 / AISI 52100 / 100Cr6
Stainless Steel Balls
304 / 316L / 420 / 440C
Carbon Steel Balls
AISI 1010 / 1015 / 1045
Ceramic Balls
Si3N4 / SiC / ZrO2

From Steel Wire to Finished Ball — One Factory
We control every step: wire drawing, cold heading, flash removal, heat treatment, rough lapping, fine lapping, polishing and grading. Nothing is outsourced, so batch-to-batch consistency stays inside our walls.
In-house heat treatment
Through-hardened to HRC 60–66, verified per batch with a Rockwell tester on site.
Graded, not sorted by eye
Optical and eddy-current grading to G10, G16, G28, G40, G60, G100 and G1000.
Export packing by default
Anti-rust film, 10/20 kg inner cartons, 1000 kg fumigated pallets, neutral or private label.
Why Choose Our Steel Balls
Precision G10–G1000
Sphericity from 0.25 µm (G10) upward. Grade certified per batch, not averaged across the shipment.
Strict Quality Inspection
Hardness, roundness, surface roughness and dimensional checks on every lot. Report ships with the goods.
Competitive Factory Price
You buy from the manufacturer, not a trading layer. Volume tiers and annual contracts available.
Custom Sizes Available
Imperial and metric, plus drilled, tapped and hollow balls. Tooling made to your drawing.
Fast Delivery Worldwide
Stocked standard sizes ship in 3–5 days. Custom production typically 15–25 days to port.
English-Speaking Engineer
Technical questions answered by the people who run the line — not a call centre. Samples supported.
Every Batch Is Tested.
Every Shipment Is Traceable.
A steel ball fails a bearing long before anyone notices it. That is why we test at four points along the line — and keep the records.
Raw material check
Wire rod certificate reviewed and material verified before a single ball is formed.
Hardness after heat treat
Rockwell testing per lot. Chrome steel balls held to HRC 60–66 with recorded readings.
Grading & roundness
Optical and eddy-current sort, then dimensional and sphericity verification by grade.
Final & shipping report
Surface finish, packaging integrity and lot traceability documented before the carton is sealed.

Engineered Precision.
Global Reliability.
We are a professional manufacturer of precision steel balls, supplying bearing makers, valve and pump builders, instrument manufacturers and industrial distributors across Europe, North America and South-East Asia.
Our product range covers chrome steel (GCr15 / AISI 52100), stainless steel (304, 316L, 420, 440C), carbon steel (AISI 1010, 1015, 1045), brass and ceramic balls — plus drilled, tapped and hollow specials.

Packed for a Sea Voyage, Not a Shelf
Steel balls rust in transit when packing is an afterthought. Our standard export packing is built for six weeks at sea and a humid destination port.
Anti-rust protection — rust-preventive oil film plus VCI bag for stainless and chrome lines.
10 / 20 kg inner cartons, lined and labelled with grade, size, lot number and quantity.
Fumigated pallets up to 1,000 kg, stretch-wrapped and steel-strapped for container loading.
Private label available — your brand on the carton and the inspection certificate.
